The pulmonary localization accounts for more than 80 % of the cases. Its diagnosis and treatment still represent a challenge for clinicians, especially for its extrapulmonary presentations. We present the case of a patient with tuberculosis of the left wrist, which was diagnosed with bone biopsy and successfully treated with four drugs during six months.
