Caroli disease is a condition characterized by cystic dilatation of the intrahepatic biliary tree that usually affects the entire liver parenchyma, although extrahepatic biliary involvement is rare. The following is the case of a male patient who was admitted due to cholestatic jaundice, low weight, and pruritus for 45 days. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography reported multiple cystic dilatations in the intrahepatic bile ducts.
