In fact, the company has increased those social and ecological indicators, because its conventional characteristics, like capitalist production relationships with maximization and accumulation of capital, and it vision of industrialization with massive extraction and wastes production. The outcomes of the entrepreneurism and industrialized economic management, are perceived in the indicators of poorness, unemployment, inequity, and degradation of the natural resources. But the economics models still trust in the conventional process of entrepreneurship and the company like the conventional institution for the economic development, circumventing its effects like economic “growing” without “development”, because the production of large social and ecological externalities, that leads to regional and worldwide crisis periodic, has come even at not return point about the ecologic and of maximum not ethics about the social. Is urgent break this vicious circle of promotion of conventional entrepreneurship and entrepreneurism, because need to advance in the conformation of process (ventures) and institutions (companies) more sustainable, that contribute to the multidimensional of territorial development.
