Prostitution aligns among the most complex issues of the body of knowledge whose center to humans. This article aims to reflect on the legal possibility of sex workers get right to work, as well as any other professional, as regulated in a bill introduced to Congress by Congressman Jean Wyllys Rio in 2012. That's a subject we lead to a large reflection, because it is not just a legal procedure. Otherwise, prostitution is rejected by the religious and moral values since the earliest of times, because it will be difficult to Brazilian society to accept its legalization, for such consent would be directly against the catholic moral values.
