Abstract

PENUELA CONTRERAS, Diana Milena. Pragmatic Genealogy of Oneself and Antropotechnics: Active Training in Higher Education in Colombia. Pedagogía y Saberes [online]. 2018, n.49, pp.137-150. ISSN 0121-2494.

This paper presents the methodological elaborations of doctoral thesis, Dimensión del homo ludens y formación adaptativa en la educación superior en Colombia: disciplinamiento moral, obediencia y ética pragmática 1935-1992. To that end, the paper is divided in three moments: 1) uses and analysis of Sloterdijk's thinking in the field of philosophy and education on a national and international level, proposing the methodological novelty of its appropriation as a variant of historical genealogy; 2) conceptualizations around the pragmatic genealogy of the self, the constitution of an exercise ethics, and some differentiations with the genealogy of the war model centered on the analysis of power relations; and 3) the power of a pragmatic genealogy with the use of anthropotechnics to chronicle training processes that focus on people's exercising and the processes of self-formation of behavior, such as the ones arranged by the university's social extension program and complementary training in higher education in Colombia.

Keywords : anthropotechnics; pragmatic genealogy; homo ludens; complementary training; pragmatic ethics; social extension.
