The peace process being held at La Habana is one of the most relevant political event of Colombia recent history. Within the analysis dimensions of the process is necessary to analyze the role of communication in the process. This article propose a series of theoretical approaches to the role of mass media in peace processes scenarios and try to make some reflections and suggest alternatives to enhance the understanding from political communication vision of the peace process studying the particular case of Bogota´s public opinion based on the analysis of the strategic communication frames of the central actors involved.
