Abstract

GONZALEZ-CAMPO, Carlos Hernán  and  ZAMORA MINA, Vanessa. The Behavior of Agents in e-Commerce According to Location Models. Rev.fac.cienc.econ. [online]. 2020, vol.28, n.1, pp.47-65.  Epub Nov 24, 2020. ISSN 0121-6805.  https://doi.org/10.18359/rfce.4255.

Within the broad spectrum of the use of game theory in economic activity and its many theoretical and empirical applications to business decision-making, we highlight the one whose subject matter is to understand the relationships among companies in a microeconomic environment such as e-commerce. This is because e-commerce has currently reached a very significant and diverse level of insertion in all sectors. This article derives from three-phased exploratory research in which, using the participatory action research method, Salop's circular city model (1979) is corroborated in the context of electronic business, specifically on eBay.

Keywords : game theory; e-commerce; location games; circular city.
