Obtaining good school health is a task full of ethical musts for society, for educational and health institutions, and especially for Nursing. It is essential that nurses find the way to treat people, and how to behave; in other words, the rights and ethical musts that arise from the personal condition as human beings, called dignity, especially important in the education of young children. The ethical principles of Bioethics must be applied to health education in school, by analyzing the obligations that emerge in this field, taking justice as an ethical principle, as well as autonomy, and beneficence.
