The first taconomic list of diurnal butterfly (Hesperioidea and Papilionoidea) species from the Arcabuco municipality, Boyacá. The list was made from specimens collected by the authors from 2006 to 2010, and the revision of important Entomological Collections in Colombia. A total of 142 species are recorded in this list.
