Abstract

TOMAS Y GARRIDO, Gloria Mª. CONSCIENCE AND CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION. pers.bioét. [online]. 2012, vol.16, n.1, pp.32-42. ISSN 0123-3122.

This study offers a proper understanding of conscientious objection and its consequences and impact on the fabric of society. To that end, personal conscience is defined in terms of what it is and how it functions, since case law on the matter has not been consistent when defining the limits of this right.
