Abstract

This study links social capital and adaptive planning to business development and innovation of an industrial community of wine producers in Peru. Given the above, both social capital and adaptive planning impact productive learning and development of entrepreneurial values in some scenarios wherean implied traditional and collective knowledge that endure over the centuries is transformed into innovation. The methodology used for the empirical validation of this study was an exploratory factorial analysis, through which the theoretical proposal was confirmed.
