This paper presents a review of the literature and the state of the art in research regarding the relationship between ethical leadership and creativity at work. The methodology included search, organization, selection, and analysis of articles included in the EBSCO, Web of Science, and Scopus databases. The characteristics of the studies, evaluation instruments, support theories, main results, and research perspectives are discussed. Based on the findings, it is concluded that ethical leadership practices in organizations have a favorable effect on the creativity of workers.
