Abstract The opening and economic cutback in the Argentinean economy in the ninety decade and the posterior devaluation period have produced a fast and deep transformation in the regional economies, in the productive activities and the structural and functional composition of the social agents. This work is based on analyze the dynamic of the accumulation in the productive viticulture circuit in San Juan between 1990 and 2010. The central concept is the productive circuit as a part of territorial theory. This presentation describes the characteristics of social agents that compose the circuit, proprietors and non proprietors of the means of production and the notes that characterize the relations between them and delimit the dynamic of the grape vine economic circuit in San Juan.
