Abstract

The expansion to the Metropolitan in the city of Pachuca has on the one hand to real estate agency that also are indigenous migrants who participate with precariousness and influence from the 80's with a supply of homes above the national average, without a real demand of the expansion of the city, with a wide distinction between document seeks to identify differentials of the actors of the urban expansion of the city and its initial expression in areas that occupy the component so it is important to define the performance institutional responding to certain guidelines and migration to structural conditions, both generate a new vision of the urban context; From theoretical positions and through functional measurements through statewide and regional urbanization rates, marginalization, vulnerability, and internal migration is as a result expression of a synthetic structure of the ZMP where institutions and real estate have created an idyllic image of the city and the migrants have created areas of the city in a fortuitous position and wide fragility; what places the process of urbanization in Pachuca as intermittent, dependent, fragmented and incomplete.
