Abstract

LOPEZ-CARDENAS, Carlos-Mauricio. Approaches to full reparation standards in collective judicial processes aimed to protect human rights. The Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Estud. Socio-Juríd [online]. 2009, vol.11, n.2, pp.301-334. ISSN 0124-0579.

This article makes an approach to a standard to provide reparations for gross collective human rights violations. For this purpose, from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the paper examines the concept of victim, individually and collectively, and reparation mechanisms (restitution, compensation, rehabilitation, satisfaction and guarantees of non repetition).
