The labour contract is a source of various obligations on the parties involved in it: employer and employee. The worker must provide the personal services commissioned and the employer must pay the salary as senior debit. However, in times of economic crisis like we live in, verified cases in which it is impossible for workers to perform their primary duties for reasons attributable to the creditor (employer), the context in which we move into the problems addressed: default of the creditor in the contract.
