Abstract

FEREGRINO BASURTO, María Azucena. WORK EXPERIENCES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE NFWO. ACADEMIC REPORTS BY PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF GRADUATES OF THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN DRAMATIC LITERATURE AND THEATER (UNAM). Tend. [online]. 2022, vol.23, n.2, pp.303-328.  Epub Aug 02, 2022. This article focuses on making visible the critical experiences about the beginning of the occupational trajectories of graduates of the Bachelor of Dramatic Literature and Theater (LLDyT), described in the academic reports by professional activity - specific career option at the National University. Autonomous of Mexico (UNAM)-. In particular, it problematizes the relationship between the New Forms of Work Organization (NFOT), based mainly on the organizationby projects, and the high levels of flexibility and job insecurity of the occupation. The methodological strategy arises from the documentary review of stories found in historical academic records. As a result, it was found that teamwork, more than a requirement of the NFOT, is established as a form of resistance to deplorable working conditions.
