The bioethical implications in the process of organ donation and transplantation through replacement surger vital importance because they allow the system to understand this process in terms of its component structures (r legal, administrative, social, etc..) An approach to bioethical principles, related to ¿what is donated? and the hyp why in Colombia do not increase significantly as a result transplants bring the end of this article some conclusions and proposals to extend the system from the institutional.
