Abstract
ROZO DE AREVALO, Clara. Educación en Salud. Aquichan [online]. 2001, vol.1, n.1, pp.46-47. ISSN 1657-5997.
Due to violence, increase of poverty, stacking, and the increase in morbi-mortality the governments, national and international entities have created strategies of high performance in health education, but: ¿why life conditions do not improve, if the intention is to promote the development of people and communities? Important aspects should be considered, such as development, life conditions, humanization and health education. From that point of view, the vision of ecological development should be considered and a concept of education for human development. The educative process in health becomes something much more complex, because it should be oriented toward person’s growth and humanization of society, making wider options to reach an acceptable life level in a healthy environment, being the main cause of the process of health education.
