Abstract

ROLIM-ENSSLIN, Sandra et al. The evaluation of performance as a proposal for the management of teams of the Brazilian program "Family Health Strategy" (FHS). Rev. Gerenc. Polit. Salud [online]. 2014, vol.13, n.26, pp.10-25. ISSN 1657-7027.

In order to illustrate the management proposal of the ESF, four teams from the same city in the south of Brazil were evaluated. Among the main results of this research, which has an explanatory nature, it is mentioned that: (i) The model built is composed of seven areas and 17 indicators that determine the aspects used to evaluate the teams of the ESF program; (ii) the indicators built respect the principles of Evaluation for the Management of Health Care; and (iii) the evaluation of the performance of the four teams selected resulted in the scores 76, 93, 103 and 110 points.
