PRESENTATION

 

 

Groups and sectors of society are pinned on the accumulation of knowledge to bring solutions to the problems faced by a world in conflict. Experience shows that generation of this needed and useful knowledge should be the result of several ideas and contributions of everybody, that is, collective construction of knowledge should be promoted.

For this reason, tools such as release and agreements make several production spaces to get renewed, that is, existing knowledge can be objected, amended, reconstructed or supported.

Publication of our issue No. 23 (January-June 2013), ''Opinión Jurídica'' Journal would like to continue making contributions to this endless dialogue in the juridical field, thus making contributions to discussion on current theory. This issue exhibits 11 articles product of research developed by the authors.

All articles received for this issue were evaluated by peers duly appointed by the Journal Editorial Committed. Based on these articles and recommendations made by the Editor, it was decided to publish the best evaluated articles which complied with academic requirements demanded, with the intention to continue improving quality of our publication to reach more readers in the country and abroad; up to date, our Journal has been classified as an A2 Category journal by COLCIENCIAS, Latindex, RedAlyc, Sociological Abstracts, Worldwide Political Science Abstracts, PAIS International (Public Affairs Information Service), EBSCO - Fuente Académica Premier, SciElo - Colombia (Scientific Electronic Library Online - Colombia), EBSCO - SocINDEX, EBSCO - Academic Search Complete, Vlex, Lex Base, CLASE, DOAJ, DIALNET, GALE CENGAGE LEARNING, and Red de Bibliotecas Universitarias Españolas (REBIUN).

Accordingly, our issue will display contributions made by the following researchers: Mabel Londoño Jaramillo, Édgar Iván León Robayo, María José Ramos Rovi, Amelia Sanchis Vidal, Eduardo Rodríguez Martínez, Ana Milena Coral-Díaz, Jorge Eduardo Vásquez Santamaría, Luis Villavicencia Miranda, Miguel Ángel Montoya Sánchez, Isabel Puerta Lopera, Juan Pablo Sarmiento E., José Karel Fernández Martell, Ediltrudis Panadero de la Cruz, Eduviges Morales, and Ingrid Núñez, with topics about history of law, public law, private law, family law, and research in the legal field.
