PRESENTATION

Groups and sectors of society are pinning their hopes on the accumulation of knowledge which allows giving solutions to the problems of a chaotic world. The experience has shown us that generation of such necessary and useful knowledge should emerge from several ideas and contributions of everybody; that is, collective construction of knowledge should be encouraged.

For this reason, tools such as disclosure and sharing of ideas make several production spaces to get oxygenated; that is, already existing knowledge can be objected, enhanced, opposed, rebuilt or supported.

Publication of issue 24 of our ''Opinión Jurídica'' Journal, corresponding to July-December 2013 period, is intended to continue being a contribution to this endless dialog relating to the juridical field, as a way of contributing to a discussion about current theory. This issue displays ten articles resulting from the authors0 research work.

All articles received for this issue were duly evaluated by academic peers designated by the Editorial Committee of the journal; their evaluation and recommendations made by the editor were the basis to decide the publication of such articles that were best evaluated and were in compliance with required academic conditions with the purpose of continuing improving quality of our publication in order to reach a more important domestic and international visibility, and this has made us having a journal currently included in: ISI-SciELO Citation Index, Web of Knowledge, SciElo Colombia, category A2 by Colciencias, Sociological Abstracts, EBSCO Host - Premir Academic Source, EBSCO - SocINDEX, EBSCO - Academic Search Complete, Worldwide Political Science Abstracts, PAIS International (Public Affairs Information Service), RedAlyc, Qualis Capes, category A2 (Brazil), DOAJ, DIALNET, GALE CENGAGE LEARNING, Latindex, Vlex, Lex Base, CLASE, ''Red de Bibliotecas Universitarias Españolas'' (REBIUN), EZB Germany, and ''Actualidad Iberoamericana.''
