Abstract

Conforming interpretation is a hermeneutic juridical figure which allows an effective and expansive materialization of basic rights, in addition to the harmonization between human rights norms and constitutionality and conventionality block, always observing the pro-homine principle. From its effective date on the article 1 of the Constitution (2011 amendments), its use became a constitutional-conventional obligation for all jurisdictional interpreters of the Mexican State.
