A documentary review searching technique was used in psychological scientific databases, giving 104 references, of which 78 were used in this study. The findings show that epigenetic postulates that there are three levels of understanding of the law in European, Australian, American and Latin-American minority samples which depend on previous understandings of community, social organization, State and nation.
