The findings show that epigenetic postulates that there are three levels of understanding of the law in European, Australian, American and Latin-American minority samples which depend on previous understandings of community, social organization, State and nation. Understanding of law shifts from an understanding of the presidential government to an understanding of governance and representation in later adolescence.
