Abstract

In this research we want to show the direct relation which exist between democracy and the Human Rights in Equatorial Guinea and its correspondence in the forms of corruption that are not characteristic of the culture of a modern and peaceful democracy. We are going to emphasize the establishment of bases for building a peaceful culture in Equatorial Guinea. Where there are few political conflicts that are not externalized in global agendas, considering small claims such direct violence, structural and cultural, that has been suffering Guinean people for forty-three years of dictatorship of Nguemists. We indicate the desire of transform these conflicts to seek peace, where political power and democracy is the central themes to emerge from barbarism and dream of a culture of peace where shine the protection of Human Rights.
