Abstract

APARECIDA LEITE, Denilson  and  RENAULT DE MORAES, Lúcio Flávio. Perceptions of organizational values: contributions to the people management services sector. Dimens.empres. [online]. 2014, vol.12, n.2, pp.83-94. ISSN 1692-8563.

This article aims to analyze the perception of organizational values to employees of organizations in the service sector. To this was taken a quantitative survey of 332 people in the sector. The results showed that despite the prevailing values, conservation, hierarchy and domination, have a conservative and hierarchical management, focusing on the values that control internal processes, which brings negative aspects to these organizations.
