This article is a reflection. Entrepreneurship is a process that, over time, has been causing in Latin America a positive impact on business creation, a phenomenon that contributes to creating jobs, improving productivity and efficiency in achieving competitiveness in national and international markets. This article allows you to analyze the development that has been managing on entrepreneurship in Latin America, since the idea of conducting a business, through the group that gives up the idea after a short time, to become part of established entrepreneurs, who with his attitude, activities and aspirations, coupled with innovation and efficient management of resources, characterize the Latin American entrepreneur, becoming a point of support for the project management and hence the development of the region.
