In organizations, in the changing world of globalization need to be successful in the market, leadership expressed as critical success factors, which are expressed in the influence on the environment. They determine what kinds of competitive strategies planning, in order to remain and excel. This article reflects, on this issue from, the interpretive perspective on positivist approaches to the use of the hermeneutic method in theoretical and documentary context. Silvers in the final reflection as leadership and critical success factors in organizations play a key role and this entrepreneurial approach a dynamic tool in competitiveness strategies.
