Abstract

This paper reflects the development of the research project "Comprehension and scopes of the education in democratic values in the law programs, from the perspective of diversity and pluralism."It orientates to collect perceptions and representations about the rights that base democracy on the world that law students on the Caribbean Coast and in Colombia got, in relation to their environment and their personal situation. It also expects to collect sufficient elements about the additions brings over the incorporation by law students to their legal language, of the democratic values of freedom and equality and all the attributions range that these released. It also seeks to know what are the claims on essential rights to the development of human capacities are recognized by law student recognize, as base of their citizenship exercise and in relation to their particular experience as human beings are.
