Abstract

Abstract This article initially introduces the improvement methodology of Six Sigma, its importance and enterprise-level application. Subsequently, a case is presented in the company Sysman Ltda through improvement projects, using as a diagnosis criteria The Colombian Award for Quality of Management; where strengths and opportunities for improvement are set out in the organization. Finally three projects aimed to improve the quality of the system, the response time to complaints and identifying training needs are proposed.
