Abstract
BAUTISTA-DIAZ, Diego Armando. Analysis of teaching processes in public education for social change in Bogotá. Rev. eleuthera [online]. 2021, vol.23, n.1, pp.15-37. Epub Sep 27, 2021. ISSN 2011-4532. https://doi.org/10.17151/eleu.2021.23.1.2.
This research presents the design of a quality assessment strategy within the framework of teaching processes and their associated factors in public schools in Bogotá-Colombia, from a non-experimental design with a qualitative approach and descriptive scope. The population corresponds to teachers from the towns of Usme, Bosa and Ciudad Bolívar with Masters’ degrees in different areas. Regarding data processing, it was developed with multivariate statistics through multiple correspondence analysis. As a result of the instrumental evaluation, intervention aspects related to teaching were identified in each location as a contribution to the construction of institutional improvement plans. Finally, the analysis of results allowed concluding that there are many shortcomings in the relationship between teaching practices and public policies that guide teaching processes particularly in processes of citizenship, sexuality, environment, and entrepreneurship.
