This article is part of the doctoral thesis "Afro-Descendant youth women narratives regarding political subjectivity: de-colonial and feminist perspective" from the PhD program in Social Sciences, Childhood and Youth. Its purpose is to stablish reasoning perspectives that involve readers in the limitations and political possibilities from Afro-Descendant youth in Colombia, in order to generate ethical, epistemological and social discussions towards the constructed society. The article starts with an approach to the political implications of being called Afro-Descendant; then, it questions about youth and particularly Afro-descendant youth, and finally the article reflects about their political thought and action.
