This paper 's main objective was described as medicalized air ambulance service could improve access to health services in geographically dispersed and deprived of their freedom in Colombia populations, despite the satisfactory change in coverage and insurance health of the population in the country, it is necessary to consider the medicalized air transport as a way of responding to the health needs , it should be noted that this does not replace at any time the Earth medical transportation ; have an air medical service in scattered can guarantee the security of a transfer of patients considered at risk of death, serious complication of her health or safety areas. For them systematic search for information was made; mainly inquiring about the particular conditions that constitute barriers to access to health services for these populations of Colombia.
