The document, entitled Colombian Educator Training System and Policy Guidelines, recently published by the National Ministry of Education, includes likely structural systemic restrictions embodied in an eclecticism in which the critical training of educators was counteracted when the positive systemic emphasis dissolved it. Such an explanation corresponds to the informational, systemic and critical analysis category expressed by the author in the framework of an epistemological historicity of social studies as understood in epistemological historicity of systems in the West.
