JAMID, Mauricio Bustamante y VALBUENA ANTOLINEZ, Sandra. Experimental Model with Simple Random Blocks and Multivariate Analysis for the Improvement of Organic Processes in Agroindustry. Rev. esc.adm.neg [online]. 2015, n.78, pp.20-39. ISSN 0120-8160.
In Colombia, the study and experimental design focusing on agro industrial processes is limited. It is evident that comparative advantages of the country have been misused regarding climatic conditions, as well as the advantages that our species offer, which being favored by our geographical situation would benefit social and commercial development and the use of organic products, supported by research processes that apply experimental models to optimize operations. Consequently, few stablished alternatives together with an appropriate infrastructure affect the economic sector at a high scale, avoiding the necessary conditions for competitiveness, which are fundamental in a global context Jaramillo C.
