Resumen
IGNACIO GRUESO, Delfín. Justice as recognition: three different versions. Prax. filos. [online]. 2008, n.27, pp.49-72. ISSN 0120-4688.
What is the scope of the introduction of recognition inside the conceptual field of justice? Has right recognition come to change our understanding of justice as the most politically important moral point of view? Could right recognition play the role in justice that, traditionally, has played right distribution? And, bottom line, what exactly is recognition? This paper addresses these questions in regard to the philosophical proposals of Iris MarionYoung, Charles Taylor, and Axel Honneth. And, since the philosophical appeal to the notion of recognition has been historically linked to Hegel, the article will pay close attention to the way Hegelian recognition is invoked by these thinkers.
Palabras clave : justice; redistribution; recognition; recognition; Young; Honneth.
