The social movements constitute an expression of the dissent against the exercise of the power, where in last they look for the transformation of a reality. In that order of ideas, this group of people when realizing collective actions are legitimized like political actors who can be in being determining with in a specific context. This way, several types of social movements - in agreement with the nature of the manifestation and to the aim exist so that he was created finding among them those of sociopolitical character, where those can be classified that appeared with occasion to the result of the plebiscite of October 2nd of 2016. Considering previous, these movements they legitimized themselves like determining political actors so that the National Government continued with the peace process and would reframe the considerable aspects by which the plebiscite was voted of adverse form. Thus the things, the present communication will approach the social movements like concept, soon to take passage to the study of the political legitimacy and how these groups legitimized themselves during this period, to finalize with the presentation ofa line of the time in which it demonstrates political actors who enjoying legitimacy contributed to that the final agreement was signed.
