The Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (SIVJRNR), created within the framework of point V of the victims' agenda, of the Agreements concluded between the National Government and the FARC-EP, is a system composed of different judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms, jobs in the way coordinated, that in order to achieve the greatest possible satisfaction of the rights of the victims, enshrines a gender approach, referring especially to women victims of the Colombian armed conflict. This article is within the framework of the gender approach within SIVJRNR, its application and inclusion in the framework of the final agreement between the Colombian Government and the guerrillas of the FARC. In order to achieve this goal, the organization and structure of the Integral System will be delineated, the gender approach and the delimitations and prerogatives that refer to said approach will be studied.
