The objective of this research is to make known that in the Colombian State, with the promulgation of the Constitution of 1991, the indigenous Mokaná have achieved the recognition of their own jurisdiction, the Special Indigenous Jurisdiction. The methodology used is qualitative and socio-legal, with a historical-hermeneutic approach, the data collection technique was the design of a script for the discussion group. Results and conclusion: in the study, Mokaná indigenous adolescents, as a consequence of cultural hybridization, are judged according to the norms and procedures of the Juvenile legislation.
