The purpose of this article is to establish an approach to the justice’s concept, of the Afro-descendant community, and of the Mokaná ethnic group in Tubará, Department of Atlántico, from the theory of cultural pluralism by Will Kymlicka. To complete this it was necessary to carry out a bibliographic, normative, and jurisprudential review, also interviews were integrated into this process to understand those practices, ideas and knowledge that have customarily shaped the concept of justice for these ethnic groups from an ancestral and cultural perspective.
