MONDRAGON DUARTE, Sergio Luis; DE LAS MERCEDES TABARES, Claudia y SANGUINO GUTIERREZ, Otoniel. Blockchain Technology in the Training of Lawyers. Justicia [online]. 2022, vol.27, n.42, pp.135-145. Epub 30-Dic-2022. ISSN 0124-7441. https://doi.org/10.17081/just.27.42.5759.
This research aims to show the importance of blockchain technology in the training of legal professionals within higher education institutions. In this sense, from the ignorance that exists regarding the use of this type of technology, the need arises to ask about the type of training that lawyers require to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary in the operation of legal situations and illegal derivatives of the blockchain. For the above, the inductive method with a qualitative approach was used, since from the documentary review carried out to exhaust each of the phases of the investigation, it was possible to reach general conclusions based on particular premises. In this way, the information search process, together with its analysis and interpretation process, were what led to the presentation of the final report with the results to be evidenced in this writing. The main result of this research lies on the recognition of technological and computer databases on which the blockchain is supported, which require greater systematization in some higher education institutions to further qualify the academic training of future legal professionals.
