The general purpose is to know how medicine contributes to establish what is considered illness, and which are the power effects produced on the persons they are intended for. Conditions of emergency and circulation of ADHD -attention deficit hyperactivity disorder- as behavior disorder in childhood are analyzed. This paper's proposal is to introduce some of the implications and particularities that derivates from investigating the phenomenon by using a theoretical-methodological scaffolding subsidiary of Michel Foucault's contributions. In order to do so, some notions are revised, pointing its pertinence to investigate ADHD. As a preliminary exposal of contents, it is intended to further first lines of arguments, in order to generate new hypothesis and analysis lines.
