OVIEDO-CORDOBA, Myriam y QUINTERO-MEJIA, Marieta. Kidnapping: a fracture narrative identity. Rev.latinoam.cienc.soc.niñez juv [online]. 2014, vol.12, n.1, pp.339-353. ISSN 1692-715X. https://doi.org/10.11600/1692715x.12120071313.
This research answered the question about the narrative identity of the Colombian politicians kidnapped by the Farc. The objectives were: to identify judgments about their deprivation of freedom and its impact on their lives in community. Interest focused on understanding the experience and devising ethical and political interpretative keys about the armed conflict in Colombia. Narrative research was used, which made it possible to analyze testimonies written during their captivity or after their release. The results revealed moral damage suffered by the kidnappes, expressed in the signals of submission and the geographies of feelings. The conclusions indicate that the narratives of confinement reveal the human vicissitudes in societies where the space of politics has been co-opted by violence.
