Rev. eleuthera [online]. 2022, vol.24, n.1, pp.15-34.  Epub 06-Jul-2022. ISSN 2011-4532.  https://doi.org/10.17151/eleu.2022.24.1.2.

To identify the psychological constructs related to labor inclusion of persons with disability, by means of a systematic revision in Latin America, from the year 2009 through 2019.

Methodology.

It is based on the PRISMA-P Protocol, which is recommended for the accomplishment of systematic reviews.

Results.

It is possible to identify that there is a variety of psychological constructs related to the processes of labor inclusion, being the most important: quality of life, selfesteem and autonomy. Likewise, benefits are observed within organizations when they decide to implement these processes, such as improvement of the work environment and teamwork.

Conclusion.

The processes of labor inclusion permit them strengthening of self-esteem, autonomy, social skills, among others wich encourage the improvement of quality life of persons with disability, however, these processes when not properly optimized can generate adverse effects on this population.
