The dropout rates in higher education institutions has become a social problem that afflicts vulnerable populations in the socioeconomic structure, limiting their possibilities of human development and thus the development of a nation. The problem must be addressed from the institutional policies of higher education in the context of University Social Responsibility -RSU- with the community and state. Hence the importance of addressing the dropout issue from a viewpoint UIS quantitative and qualitative reference to the RSU.
