The main objective of this bibliographic review type article is to identify and analyze the most effective teaching and learning strategies for teaching basic electronics to neo-university students. Databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, among others. The main results of this bibliographical review indicate that the use of active teaching strategies, such as project-based learning, problem solving, experimentation and the use of ICT, are effective for teaching basic electronics. It was also found that the use of educational technologies, such as games and simulation software, can be a useful tool to improve the learning of this subject.
