Perianal Bowens Disease (PBD) is a chronic, not very aggressive strange entity of course, but with a real risk although I get off developing cancer squamous-cell invader. The majority of patients with Perianal Bowen's disease are females in the fifth decade of life. With a lot of frequency it is associated with infection with human papillomavirus in anal and genital region, what could be the factor of risk for the development of the malignant neoplasm. The treatment accepted it is the wide local resection (RLA) with or without skin implant.
