This reflection paper is the result of research carried out in the Group of Studies in General Public Law of the University of Tolima in the research State, Society and Law, in order to establish the differences in wage factors recognized in the Colombian legislation for public employees of the National and Territorial order and the possible extension of the wage system introduced for the second group of public employees who do not belong to the central part of the executive branch, pursuant to equality in employment relations.
