with transposition the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25 on the Rights of Consumer, are reinforcing the duties of pre-contractual information, as well as, imposed to the trader many requirements formats in matter of contract distance, which at the same divide in duties formals relative to the pre-contractual information and the requirements of contract documentation. The omission these last ones can carry accompanied so much civilian and administrative penalties, as we shall see, in this work.
