Injuries from explosive devices and the sequelae caused by them have become the focus of various studies in the medical and psychological fields, although in the neuropsychological environment there are few findings, due to this the present investigation arises in order to describe the neuropsychological profile of a group of Colombian soldiers injured by explosive devices. Sixty wounded Colombian soldiers participated and a descriptive analysis of the neuropsychological functions was carried out from the Neuropsi Attention and Memory battery. The participants had a mild to moderate deficit in the coding and recall memory curve; Spontaneous verbal memory, memory by keys and in logical memory, likewise, in executive processes of behavior organization, planning capacity and behavior inhibition. Similarly, a moderate to severe alteration was found in sustained attention, planning and visual coding. The results are discussed with the existing literature.
